Thank you for shopping with Relivia! Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Our team works hard to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please note:

  • Orders placed on Saturday after 11am or on Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
  • Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and customs processing times. These timeframes do not include handling time.

Shipping Origin & Carrier

All Relivia orders are shipped from China via CJPacket directly to your door in Australia. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Our inflatable neck pillows are lightweight and compact when deflated, keeping shipping costs affordable.

Customs & Duties

As our products ship from China, your order may be subject to customs inspection upon arrival in Australia. In some cases, your local post office may charge a customs service fee upon delivery. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Relivia does not cover these fees.

Damages and Issues

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you experience any of the following, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order:

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect item received

Please email us at info@relivia.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Lost Parcels

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@relivia.com.au within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate on your behalf.
