Returns & Refunds Policy

At Relivia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns Required

We offer refunds and replacements without requiring you to return the product. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will make it right.

Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement

You may request a full refund or replacement if:
  • Your product arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive an incorrect item
  • Your order has missing items
  • Your order has not arrived within 60 days of dispatch and tracking shows no movement
To support your claim, please provide:
  • Clear photos or video of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

Reporting Timeframes

Issue Type Report Within
Damaged or defective product 72 hours of delivery
Missing or incorrect items 72 hours of delivery
Order not received (no tracking movement) 60 days of dispatch
Claims submitted outside these timeframes may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds cover the product cost only — shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal)
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@relivia.com.au

What Is Not Covered

The following situations are not eligible for a refund or replacement:
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Item ordered incorrectly by the customer (wrong color, quantity, etc.)
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
  • Minor cosmetic differences such as slight color variation due to screen display settings
  • Delays caused by customs, force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, etc.)
  • Package returned or detained due to failure to comply with customs clearance requirements

Delayed Orders

If your order shows no tracking update and has not arrived within 60 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate and offer a refund or replacement where applicable.
