- Your order has missing items
- Your order has not arrived within 60 days of dispatch and tracking shows no movement
- Clear photos or video of the damaged or incorrect item
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue

Refund Process
- Approved refunds cover the product cost only — shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal)
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account
What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not eligible for a refund or replacement:- Change of mind or buyer's remorse

- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Minor cosmetic differences such as slight color variation due to screen display settings
